RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

 Kiskanu is committed to providing you with quality CBD products that meet your skincare and wellness needs. It is our sincere intention and hope that you are satisfied with your Kiskanu products. However, you may request a refund or exchange for any purchased product if you experience skin sensitivities, if the product does not meet your reasonable expectations, or if the product was damaged in transit. You may request a refund or exchange for products within 30 days of purchase date.* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

* Sales items are non-refundable.

To make a return request, please send an email to sales@kiskanu.com detailing the product you would like to exchange or refund, along with your description of your concern or complaint. Requests for refunds and exchanges will be reviewed and determined on a case by case basis. Kiskanu reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse or exchange any product. If you are entitled to an exchange, we will refund the purchase using the original payment method. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@kiskanu.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2672 Myrtle Ave. Suite 1, Eureka, CA, 95501, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
